3. Hosting (Framer)
This website is hosted by Framer (Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands). When you visit the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) is processed in server log files to ensure delivery, security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or (f) (legitimate interest in responding).

5. Appointment booking (Cal.com)
To book free discovery calls we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The data you provide (e.g. name, email address, chosen time, optional message) is processed to schedule and hold the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A transfer to the USA may occur, safeguarded by appropriate measures (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Calendar, email and video calls (Microsoft 365)
For scheduling, communication and video calls we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. / Microsoft Corporation). The data required to handle the appointment is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Transfers to third countries are safeguarded by appropriate measures (Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

7. Analytics
This website uses Framer Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement tool. No personal profiles are created and no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our offering).

8. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for operation. Should cookies requiring consent be used in future, your consent will be obtained beforehand via a cookie notice.

9. Recipients / processors

To provide the functions above we use carefully selected service providers as processors (in particular Framer, Cal.com, Microsoft), with data processing agreements in place pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

10. Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries and appointment data are deleted once no longer needed.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these, an email to the address above is sufficient.

12. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at) if you believe the processing of your data infringes data protection law.
